Welcome to the all new Ben Rhydding Cricket Club and Season 2009.
Just in case you're new to the area and are searching for a new club, Ben Rhydding Cricket Club was formed in 1929 and plays two teams in the Airedale Wharfedale League.
Please click here for more information on our history.
In addition to our two senior league teams and a friendly/social 'Third Team', the club has a vibrant and thriving junior section, providing cricket for all age groups from Under 11 through to Under 17's. Working in partnership with our neighbors Ilkley Cricket Club also caters for Girls Cricket from U15's upwards, with Ilkey CC providing junior girls cricket for gilrs girls up to the age of U13.
The club was proud to be awarded the prestigious clubmark in 2006, and was only the 39th club in Yorkshire at the time to be given this award.
Based on Countance Way just on the outskirts of Ben Rhydding on the A65 near Ilkley, the club plays in full view of the famous Ilkey Moor and the 'Cow and Calf' rocks.
Affiliated to the Ben Rhydding Sports Club, the cricket section has access to a club house and changing facilities second to none and the envy of many. These facilities are available for private hire. Click here for details on the Sports Club, other sections and use of the facilities.
